Thank you for shopping with It's Your Story Gifts! Each gift is thoughtfully curated and packed by hand, so please allow a little time for us to prepare your order.

Processing time Orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Delivery time Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Most U.S. orders arrive within a few business days of shipping.

Where we ship We currently ship within the United States. Local delivery may be available for customers in Medford, NJ (08055).

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
