Refund policy

Because some items in our gift sets are selected specifically to create a fun surprise experience, designs, patterns, colors, and scents may vary from the images shown and are chosen by It’s Your Story Custom Reading Gifts.

Due to the personalized and surprise nature of these items, all sales are final and these items are non-refundable and non-returnable. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on design, color, pattern, or scent preferences.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
