Already Have the Book?
Sometimes surprises come with a familiar story! Since your book is selected based on the genre and reading level you choose, there is a chance your reader may already own the title. If that happens, we hope you'll find a new purpose for the extra copy! Gift it to a friend, share it with a sibling, donate it to a classroom or Little Free Library, or start a book swap with a friend. You may even discover that someone else is waiting for the perfect story to come along!
Because the book is part of the surprise, we are unable to exchange or replace books.
How do I select a reading level?
Take a look at a book your reader has read recently and compare it against the descriptions in the Reading Levels section located in the main menu. Asking your reader's teacher would also be helpful they are accessible to you. If you are truly uncertain about which level to choose, we recommend going with Level 2.
Glass Straw Disclaimer
Our glass tumblers come with a glass straw. Glass straws are breakable when bitten or dropped. Always check your straw for chips, cracks or broken edges before use. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from drinking from a broken straw.
Damage Policy
All gifts are carefully and securely packaged to avoid damage in the delivery process. We are not responsible for damage to items that occurs during shipping. We want you to love your gift, so if you receive a damaged item, please contact us with a description and photo so we can compromise on a solution.
